Could the forest be my home?
Nature all around me
Still a lot not touch my human hands
Sound of the branches moving in the wind
Birds oh how sweet their melody
Light from the sun warming the day
At night the stillness is comforting
Will I be lonely?
No, for there would be much to do
Living off the land is harder, so enjoyable
Rewards are sweet when it is time to harvest
The sun as energy is better
When its rains it must be used again
Making what you need
Recycling
A simple life
So peaceful in the forest
Away from others who want to control
Madness
Recession
Depression and oppression
Injustice
Unfairness
Need I go on?
Can just be yourself
Who you really are
And still contribute to society.

My peach
I longingly admire you
With worshipful, hungry eyes
The downy cleft, tantalizing aroma
Full of earth and sun
Sweet
Ode To Pablo Neruda
Rain hasn't any language
falling softly upon my ears
or crying torrid
upon the shores of Chile...
timeless...
Inspired by Absence, by Pablo Neruda
I stand in tremble, as you walk away,
As we devoured each other's love,
Leaving each
by Jack Ivey
As extended branches test my hunger
I grip the fruit you have become
Ripened as the winds go streaming
Slashing through
by Cyn Bagley
My cat is dead -
died on Hallow's Eve
we found her under a car tire
on All Saint's Day
We buried her
under her favorite rose
