Remember when love was only
A word
Remember your days of
Innocence
When your hero was the
Good Lord
And all you cared for
Made no sense
When dreams were filled
With lollipops
And sugar plums and
Candy thoughts
And on the day that
We die
I'm sure we'll all
Remember why
We had our days of
Innocence
And rhymes like this made
Perfect Sense
