Many girls have complained to me that buying their boyfriends birthday presents is a hard job to do. Reasons for this are that there is too big a selection, or they think he will dislike it or simply because it will never amount to what he got her for her birthday.

Well what ever you get him he will like it, simply because it is from you. I believe the way that you present the gift can also effect how much he likes it, for example if you are asking him what he wants and suggest the latest console game for around $50-$60 and then end up buying him a teddy he may be disappointed. If you give him the present and then wrap yourself around him and give him a kiss this is another way where

1)You are presenting the gift well
and
2)You are expressing your love to him and how much he means to you.

Another way to find out what he wants is simply to ask him, if he says he doesn't know then take him to a shop where you have seen something that you think he might like then point it out and see what he thinks about it. Alternatively you could ask his friends but if its a surprise they will most probably report back to him.

Don't think to yourself that you have to buy him something expensive because he got you something expensive, because most men don't think about what they got you when you give them their present, mainly because they are thinking about you and their present you got them.

Great ideas for birthday presents are; his favorite aftershave, a watch, other jewelery, something to do with his hobbies etc. The list is endless and you only have to find one. The job is actually pretty simple.
