Poetry: The masks we wear

by Amelia Randall

Created on: April 11, 2010

As i meet up with my friends,

go out around the town.

I smile and look so innocent,

I laugh instead of frown.

I sit in a restaurant

order an expensive meal,

Eat it say its lovely,

when ill is how I feel.

I make an effort to wash my hands,

To try not to make a mess

If you came to my house unannounced,

I think you would probably guess,

That really I am a messy cow,

I eat a lot of junk,

I am really not so innocent

I am in love with sexy hunks.
