Poetry: Vision

by Christina Bernice Butler

Created on: April 11, 2010

The vision you have is the vision you've been given

It's the desire to further improve in the way you're living

It's a perspective

It's a clue

To who you are and what you were put on this earth to do

Your vision could be blocked by obstacles

But the clock's ticking and time doesn't just stop for you to get your binoculars

Read,

Learn,

Study up

Show thyself approved

God gave you your life but what you do with it is up to you

Dream big but don't just envision

Do something to make it happen

Because it won't just come to pass with you sitting and sleeping

Have you heard?

Don't let your vision be clouded

There's entirely too much out there for you to be living in the dark

Visions

Visions

They're the picture you have of where you could be as it looks from where you are
