Wedding planning on a tight budget

at a craft store or department store. These are usually pretty nice and reasonable priced. I found buying just blank cards and a embosser tool made beautiful invitations.

Also many on-line wedding self help pages off free web pages that allow you to set up a way for your guest to rsvp onine. This will save on those pesky rsvp cards & postage for the extra envelopes. I just included a business card piece of paper with my invitations that said you can rsvp onine and gave them the web address.

Keep in mind the internet is your friend. Shop around, compair, and use the internet. You will be suprised that what your local retail will charge you a arm and a leg for you can get for half off online.

The majority of my wedding suplies I have ordered online from one place or another.

Always, always, always, ask around. You may find that your mothers, best friends long lost relative is a DJ for a major studio that would love to help out a old friend with their music choices.

One last thing I found very helpful, use the season you are in to decorate your wedding. I am getting married in April. We are using spring/Easter as our theme. This makes buying decorations a lot more reasonable. Things tend to go on sale during the right season. If you are getting married in December don't fight it and use summer lillies. Work with your season. It will save you huge.
