Lessons
My son teaches me basic lessons of life
In a world filled with strife
I learn to live for the moment
And forget all problems that are absent

During the day and night
Trees never fail to make him happy
Even when he is snappy
I learned to let my painful memories go
My heart fills with love as I watch him grow
