When a murderer kills a woman who is with child; the murderer is charged with two counts of capital murder.  Why is this?  The unborn child is not a person yet.  At least this is what pro-choice advocates want you to believe.  Think of stories like Lacy Peterson.  Lacy was with child when she was murdered.  Scott Peterson, her husband, was convicted on two counts of first degree murder.  Did the judge in this case determine when life begins.  I think not. 

Even the Supreme Court justices know when life begins.  It is only proper to kill an unborn child at the discretion of the mother.  When a murderer ends the life of the unborn, it is a capital crime.

Do you need more proof that there are loop holes in the law for abortion rights proponents.  I am not going to get into the moral issue of abortion.  Look at this issue from the prospective that the laws in place don't make sense. 

How can we convict Scott Peterson of the murder of his unborn child.  The key word being unborn.  Scott Peterson sits in a jail cell serving out his sentence for the role he had in ending his unborn child's life.

Again the moral aspect of abortion has no relevance in deciding this matter.  Just look at the hypocrisy of sentencing a man for murder of an unborn child.  That should be enough to make abortion illegal.  Obviously Scott Peterson needs to be punished for killing his wife. 

Why should we convict him of a crime that occurs everyday in abortion clinics throughout the U.S.?  Is he wrong because he didn't pay for the abortion?  How can you convict a man of killing something that our Supreme Court does not consider life? 

I personally think Scott Peterson is a scumbag.  I also hold him responsible for the death of his wife and child.  He should only be responsible for the death of his wife; if life doesn't start until the delivery room.  Fair is fair. 

Is ending an unborn fetus' life only legal with the consent of a mother?  So a murderer can't kill an unborn child unless a mother approves it?  Is this a Kix cereal commercial?  Kid tested - mother approved?

Roe vs. Wade will eventually be overturned.  I want it to be overturned on common sense and not religious belief.  If a murderer can't end the life of the unborn; a doctor shouldn't be able to kill our children legally.  This argument is fool proof and without flaw.  Share this knowledge with people capable of rational thought.  Wake up America.
