If you are a kind of person who spends much money on entertainment and suddenly you reduce these expenses, then this will be an increase of the income. So see what you can cut but try to still have fun.

BUY WHAT YOU REALLY NEED NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU NEED

During a recession it is wise that we buy only things that we really need and not unnecessary stuff that we are not going to use. Sometimes we get carried away by the TV advertisements, by what our neighbor bought or by stuff that we see in the shops and we start purchasing without really needing it and without even realizing it. A recession is the time that we have to start making some serious thinking about what we are buying and what we really need. A good thing to do also is stop using our credit cards and buy only when we have real money in our pockets.

START WRITING ARTICLES ONLINE

A great way to increase your income is to start writing articles on line. Helium is the best site but there are certainly many more if you are interested in the subject. Of course this procedure takes time and you can not earn much money with just a couple of articles but if you focus on it and start writing articles every day you will soon create a big portfolio and will earn money in the long run.

Generally speaking, apart from writing articles on line, the internet is a great way of making money. You can start an online business, join affiliate programs, create a blog or do many other things. Recession means difficulty in making ends meet but you should keep in mind that if you have the will everything is possible and you could increase your income with not so big an effort.
