Established in 1997, Cannon Mine Coffee is Lafayette’s oldest independent coffee shop and is located in the heart of Old-Town Lafayette. During daytime business hours, Cannon Mine Coffee serves as a quiet place to work, read, and study. After 5pm, Cannon Mine serves as the community gathering place with live music, open mic nights, local musicians, and hosts local community access TV.

The interior of Cannon Mine is warm, quiet, and inviting. There are wooden tables and chairs available for small and large groups. The outdoor patio in front is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a warm day outdoors and a refreshing beverage. The free Wi-fi is always on with great reception inside and out on the patio. Cannon Mine Coffee serves coffee by local organic fair trade coffee supplier Boulder Organic Coffee.
