Poetry: My creativity

by ElliotPhaber

Created on: April 03, 2010

My creativity eventually initiates my insanity.

Really, can't you tell that I am intrinsically a madman?

I write lines like vines and make demands for perfection.

I am like an infection when creativity sets in to me.

Give me a direction and I will branch out like a tree.

Tell me to be creative and I will make the Big Bang.

I am the next big thing to be destroyed by creativity

And let me tell you just how this can be like so.

Creativity is initially and finally the enemy of being lively.

Theatrically, we craft this activity with serendipity

And even seem scary to those that blindly misunderstand.

In the end, we end up dead through creativity, much like

Those who die when they are not creative at all -

At least we are livid throughout our lifetime and die

At the end, having been creative and creatively alive!
