i decided to write an article because i use all free programs and my pc has never had a problem once since using these programs.Please note if you are constantly downloading things you know are risky to have on your computer you are causing your own problems..but heres the programs i use and recomend at no cost to you...

AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE EDITION
automatically updates itself automatically detects viruses when downloaded ive been using this program for years no problems.

SPYBOT-SEARCH AND DESTROY
this is a great program you have to update manually but this program immunizes your computer from spyware as well as removing it this program asks for donations but you are not obligated to pay for anything

these programs are free and i think will be very useful to some of you happy and safe surfing

PS.clean your cache download what is called a cache cleaner you can get a free evaluation cache cleaner on download.com.This will make your internet explorer run considerbly faster
