Prisons
never reach
beyond the insides of
the skull.
from thence
one
never flees,
never runs,
never ploughs the waves of cruel Aegean seas
with sour
intent
to gain gold.
but this inescapable
confine, inescapable
shell, inescapable
chain
of consciousness of conscience
will bind the
soul till
death.
