Last Christmas I got lots of Boots No7 goodies and one of these was the No.7 Soft and Soothed Gentle Toner which is designed for dry skin and which Boots say will refresh, comfort and hydrate skin.

The toner comes in a 200ml bottle with a lift off cap and a pump dispenser. It has a pinkish shimmery colour to it. The pump dispenser allows you to dispense the right amount you need so its quite good that you don't waste as much as you might with a normal bottle.

The toner has a pinkish tinge to it and is of watery consistency. It is fragrance free, alcohol free, hypo allergenic and pH balanced.
It is designed to refresh your skin, remove traces of make-up and cleanser and leave your skin looking healthy, beautiful and clean. Directions are simply to apply some to cotton wool after cleansing and then sweep it over your skin then finally moisturise.

A couple of years ago I didn't really bother with toning my skin, I just cleansed and moisturised however in recent years I have tried to be much better with my skin care regime and have been using toner more regularly.  It doesn't really take much effort or time to use toner you just need to make it part of your daily routine.

I like this toner as it is gentle to my skin and doesn't dry it out. I tend to use a cream cleanser and this toner is great at removing any greasiness left over from the cleanser. Its also good at removing any last bits of makeup that the cleanser might have missed. It leaves my skin feeling really clean and refreshed and as it is alcohol free it doesn't dry my skin out at all.

This is a great toner which costs £7.50 and is good value for money and feels great on my skin. You only need a couple of squirts of toner to do your whole face and neck so it lasts for ages.  Using a toner does benefit your skin so I am now trying to make this part of my daily routine.  I dont always manage but I am trying to make the effort.  A small amount of time and cost which leaves you with better look skin is worth it.   I think this is a great product and I will be buying this one again.
