Rule number one: Drink water!
Water is good for you. When you drink plenty of water, your body will be properly hydrated, food will be processed faster and better, and waste will be flushed out at the speed of light.

That is because a lot of commercial foods that you buy from the supermarket have the nasty habit of hiding a lot of stuff that is dangerous for your waistline, like sugar, salt, or calorie rich substances that are not so obvious just by looking at the package.
Rule number four: Aim!
Once you decided that you want to lose weight, you need to have a goal and stick to it.
