If u ask someone to name you their top 5 choice of films they normally take about 10 minutes before they give you their answer or they will ask if they can say their top 10. Everyone must have watched at least 1000 movies before they die easily, it is becoming something that frequently appears in almost everyones daily routine.

Moving on, my top 5 films are:

1) Rain man

Although this very moving film came out way back in 1988, it is still one that i thoroughly enjoy. It is about two brothers, one who is autistic and institutionalized, Raymond(Dustin Hoffman), and the other who is 'normal', Charlie Babbitt(Tom Cruise). Charlie finds out he has a brother who is about to inherit $3million so he zones in to chisel him out of it. Charlie realizes Raymond's 'gifts' at being able to memorize number, He teaches Raymond about life and teaches him much other stuff, Very touching Film to be viewed by all.

2) Grease
A very popular much-loved film released in 1978 where John Travolta plays Danny Zuko, a high school 'bad boy' whereas Olivia Newton-John plays Sandy, A high school 'good girl' They meet at a beach on holiday (we presume) where Danny is a nice lad, but when Sandy moves to his school, in front of his friends he is a totally different character. A musical that produced many well-known songs such as 'Go grease lightning', 'You are the one i want', 'We go together' and many more.

3) The great escape
This film is based on a true story in World War 2 when a group of English soldiers got captured and imprisoned in a prisoner-of-war camp. Together they became the finest escape team in military - brilliantly portrayed by Steve McQueen. They sneakily dig a tunnel underground out into the open with out raising the Nazis suspicion. The Great Escape is epic entertainment that entertains, captivates, thrills and stirs.

4) Forrest Gump
'Run Forrest, Run!' is what most people will say as soon as you mention the name, Forrest Gump. Tom Hanks plays the role of Forrest Gump. Its starts off with Forrest in his childhood with his sweetheart Jenny. It takes you through Forrest's life discovering all the encounters he made. Jenny takes the wrong route in life giving it all up for showbiz. Whereas Forrest meets Elvis Presley, John Lennon and JFK. Forrest Joins the army, Runs for a few years just because he 'felt like running', Becomes a world class table tennis player and the owner of a multi-millionaire shrimp company. This is a classic family film to be viewed by all.

5) Billy Madison
This is the latest released of my top five films, A comedy starring Adam Sandler as Billy Madison. Billy's father is about to retire and give away the company and his millions to Billy's rival simply because Billy is too stupid. Billy makes a deal with his father that he will go back to school starting from grade 1 and making it all the way to graduation, if he does this he gets the company and the millions. This takes you through the Hilarious outcomes he encounters on his route to graduation.
