Some of the best Xbox 360 games are scheduled to be released in April 2010.  Action, shooter, RPG, and even some new sports games are set to come out giving gamers a wide range of new Xbox 360 games to choose from.  And even better – one of the most anticipated games of the year will be released in April 2010.

Army of Two: The 40th Day – Chapters of Deceit – Release date April 1, 2010

Your favorite Army of Two characters return to Shanghai in Army of Two: The 40th Day which was released in January of 2010.  On April 1st, new game features will be available which include two new co-op campaign maps which will be available for $9.99 or 800 Microsoft points.  This third-person shooter game is rated “M” and the maps are only available for Xbox 360.

Mass Effect 2: Kasumi’s Stolen Memory – Release date April 6, 2010

There isn’t a lot of information about this downloadable content – in fact, the release date isn’t even set in stone.  BioWare should have the new content available to gamers by April 6th but the price hasn’t been released or much information in what the release contains.

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction – Release date April 13, 2010

Both the general game and Collector’s Edition of Splinter Cell: Conviction will be released on April 13th.  This is one of the most anticipated action games coming available in 2010.  The new Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell takes a new spin – Sam Fisher becomes a renegade which turns the storyline upside down.  The game will set you back the normal $60 but the Collector’s Edition will be priced at about $80.  The Collector’s Edition includes a USB drive with added features, collectible decals, artbook, comic book, DVD case, and exclusive game items.

Quantum Theory – Release date April 13, 2010

Quantum Theory is a third-person shooter game from the developers Team Tachyon.  The game was first scheduled to be released in March but was extended to April 13th.  This was once a PS3 exclusive game that is being released for the Xbox 360.  Some are comparing Quantum Theory to the Gears of War games that are currently exclusive to the Xbox 360 – but GOW fans are not convinced, yet.

Sherlock Holmes Versus Jack the Ripper – Release date April 13, 2010

Somewhat cheaper than most new Xbox 360 releases, Sherlock Holmes Versus Jack the Ripper is an adventure
