Do 'super foods' really work?

Inarguably, some foods are definitely nutritionally superior to others. That does not necessarily impart "super powers" to these foods, as some might hope. The very idea of a "super food" implies that eating it will somehow magically undo all the damage caused by regular consumption of non-super foods.

Most living foods are superior foods, including animals and grains but especially fruits and vegetables. In proper combination, eating a wide variety of wholesome foods, in appropriate amounts, will abundantly nourish the body and prevent much dis-ease.

Foods that are absolutely "non super" are white flour, white sugar, and most saturated & trans fats. Avoid processed foods in general.
