At the dawn of each course the obstacles are by natural law.
My destination remains unclear until I can see it along the horizon .
As I lace up my defenses, I consider all of the terrain I will cover.
I know, above all, that for every step to be had will be yet another.
In my ever changing stride, I find solace in the distance behind me.
I need no accompaniment on this stretch of the Journey, only silence.
All I hear is the thud of my foot, the beat of my heart, the draw of my breath.
I can feel each change as I negotiate the imperfections on the path.
Every strike of my heel and push of my toe exemplifies my own free will.
I choose the routes I take and direct myself through the groundwork.
Though I may share the dirt beneath me with others from time to time.
I am aware that the view I take in is unique, obscure, and only mine.
At every peak, I am humbled by the Sun as it kisses the sky with warmth.
I feel comforted by my insignificance as I gaze at the sinking daylight.
As I surrender to the night, I sigh and let go of everything that is done.
I will leave this day reassured that for every dusk, there is a new dawn.

Poetry: Vision
The vision you have is the vision you've been given
It's the desire to further improve in the way you're living
It's a perspective
It comes to me from early years,
A paradise of joyful tears,
A silly dream, to which I flee
To lose myself in ecstasy.
I am the poet. That writes in the night.
In the dark by candle light.
These visions I see.
Come to me for free.
Looking in a
Vision begins within your vivid imagination,
but this quickly must turn to newer insights.
The decision to follow your own
Cloudy Vision
The SONLIGHT is coming through
HE always does
When we purpose to seek Him
