Stuck in stupid ugly darkness
Can't move
Can't breathe
Stretching my arms, but there's no way out
Stuck in a shirt with no arms
Fight, girl, fight
Heart racing fast
Panic, can't breathe, can't see
Oh God, get me out of this
Closing my eyes I take a deep breath
Find the spot in my soul
My center
My heart
Slow it down
Slower and slower
But wait, no
No I can't
It's all about me
I...me...the one behind my eyes
I love who I am
It's not about you
Stop, slow down
It's time you learned
It's not about you
It's about Him
And the good news is
That what he has to offer
Is beauty beyond the twinkling stars in the sky

You really are such an intruder but that won't make you a winner
i may have

I wave my surrender
with white satin sheets.
I surrender my love

But, I want
If ever I'll fall into your ocean again,
I'll keep my arms crossed:
To disappear without a trace,
not a single stroke to surface.

"When Walls Rise Up to Meet Me"
When walls rise up to meet me
To conquer them, I vow
But if one of them defeats me
I soon throw

Wrapped in Your Arms
Fingertips running so lightly across my skin,
making me struggle from only the gentlest of sin.
