Me on top of you.
You on top of me.
Like a bee
attracted to honey.
I want you for you,
not for your money.
I like that you're funny.
I like that you're buff.
I like that you're not just sweet,
but you're also tough.
You're always there
showing that you care.
But, in some ways your guard is still up.
Baby, please tell me what's up.
Let's keep this thing on track,
and stop holding back.
We're good by ourselves.
But, we're better together.
I don't need to be rescued,
I'm not looking for a knight.
And I know sometimes we may fight.
But I'm a lover and a fighter.
And with you I'm down for an all nighter.

I want you for you,
not for your money.
I like that you're

Because you turned and walked away
Even though we didn’t have a fight
You left me
