Can I pick myself up after you're gone?
Can I make my broken heart strong?
Can I heal the wounds that are deep inside?
Can I cover up the pain that I try so hard to hide?
Will it all be alright after the fall?
Yes it will, I can stand very tall.
I can mend my heart, the one you broke
I can get over the harsh words you spoke.
I am independent , courageous and bold
You will always be selfish, heartless and cold.
It's time to grow up and face this call
I will be fine after the fall.
