I think that suicide shouldn't be a way out just because your boyfriend or girlfriend dumped you, or you lost your job, or things got harder. Life is hard and no matter what you should deal with it, cause sadly, that is life. But if your already dying, and suffering, and there is nothing that can be done. Then I think that is a justified reason to commit suicide. I don't think that if a person is terminally ill that they don't have a right to decide if they should die now or wait. Especially if they are in a lot of pain involved in there death. How many people state "I hope she dies with little pain" or "it's good she pasted in her sleep she wasn't in pain" Sometimes that's the best way to die, with has little pain and suffering has possible.

I guess that seems harsh or cold hearted but my mother had lung cancer and my dad had copd and there deaths where so slow and painful. And my mom death was a month of suffering before her she died. And I believe that that is a horrible thing to watch someone hurt that much knowing they will die, and not to let there death be has painless is possible. I believe that we should respect our loves ones and there wishes, in this situation, no matter how hard it is.

The other way I think that suicide is ok, if it would save the life of someone you loved, that is less likely, but could happen. Like if your heart or lung or something could save the life of one of your kids. Wouldn't you die for one of your kids? Again I think that is completely justified. No matter what Christianity or anyone says about that. I gave my children life, and I will give up mine for them.

I would gladly give up my life if it would unsure that my children could life a healthy and a happy life. No matter what the cost is to me, my children are more important and I will give up my life for there safety and well-being. I love them that much.

These two situations I believe that sucide is justified and right. But killing yourself because of a broken heart or things getting tough isn't. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, but if you kill yourself you'll never know the good things life has in store. It's always darkest before the dawn.
