How can you vote on someones character if you do not personally know them? To me it seems silly, anyone can come off has the prefect person for the world to see. And we don't know if the slander is true or false, it could be either. You can't have a accurate version of someone based on who you think they are has a person. But you can base them on the opinions and words that come out of there mouth.

When voting for someone I will be voting for where they stand on issues that are important to me, like there the best interest of our soldiers, and our economics's. Or even abortion and religion,. What changes they are going to make, if any, and what they plan on doing for our county. If the changes they will make will be good or bad for the American people. And what they have done, politically in the past. And rather they helped or hurt the state they where with.

A lot of that information mayhidden has well, but if  they "promised something" in the state election and didn't  follow through with there promises that would greatly effect my vote cause they can't be trusted to do what they say they are going to do, waste 4 years if nothing will get better?

I am a independant army wife, and will vote according to my beliefs and what I think is right, but I have been tricked into believe that someone was a good person, when they were abusive. And how many people trusted there rapist before they got raped? Sometimes people cantrick others into getting to believe what they want to so I wont vote on someone by what I think they are like has a person.

Another way of looking at this is there are many views and many issues that need to be changed and fixed. and some of the nicest people don't agree with me when I state that, a fetus is a human, or we need to honor our soldiers. But can be the sweetest people in the world., it doesn't make them bad, there personality and character is honorable. I just don't agree with them on important issues.  Like for example I am Chrstain, but would raither be friends with a Wiccan, cause there nicer and less fake, but I still believe in my God
