Crocheted Picture frames are a great addition to any room in your home.  These fast little projects are also a great way to use up extra yarn or to give away as gifts.  Here are a few patterns for you to try out:

Quick Picture Frame with edging:

Hook Size: H

Worsted Weight Yarn: Your choice color, 1 ball or skein.

Note this pattern is worked in the round.

Ch 60, join with sl st to first ch (farthest ch from hook)

Rnd 1: Ch 1, 4 sc in same ch, sc in next 12 ch st, 4 sc in next sc, sc in next 16 ch st, 4 sc in next ch st, sc in next 12 ch st, 4 sc in next ch st, sc in next 16 ch st, join with sl st to first sc. Do Not Turn.

Rnd 2:  Ch 1, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 14 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 18 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 14 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 17 sc, join with sl st to first sc of last row. Do Not turn.

Rnd 3: Ch 1, sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 16 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 20 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 16 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 18 sc, join with sl st to first sc of last row. Do Not turn.

Rnd 4: Ch 1, sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 18 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 22 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 18 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 19 sc, join with sl st to first sc of last row. Do Not turn.

Rnd 5: Ch 1, *sc in next sc, ch 2, repeat from * around to last sc, sc in last sc, join with sl st to first sc of last row. Bind off, weave in ends.

Glue to old picture frame or homemade cardboard picture frame.
