Dictionary.com defines tyranny as “arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power; despotic abuse of authority.” For the first time, Americans are seeing tyranny perpetrated upon what once was a free republic governed by a constitution. In the name of health care reform, the President and the Democrat Party are defying the will of the people, sound economic principles, logic, and even the Constitution of the United States of America in order to overthrow the nation from within. Discussing the status of the overthrow is difficult because it is changing almost every minute.
Overview
In response to the overwhelming rejection of the Obama regime, the citizens of Massachusetts elected a Republican to the United States Senate, dissolving the Democrat Party’s 60 seat majority. Because of this, the Democrats lost the ability to overcome a Republican filibuster that was certain to stall passage of the misnamed health care reform bill.
Although the senate had previously passed a bill, it was not acceptable to many in the House of Representatives, meaning that changes would have to be made to make the bill acceptable to both sides of Congress and be voted on again. Now that the Democrats no longer have the votes to pass it, they have decided to change the rules so that they can pass it anyway.

When the Republicans were in charge of the senate a process dubbed “the nuclear option” received much attention. The Democrat senators were blocking virtually all the President’s judicial nominees. To overcome this, the Republicans considered changing the rules to allow a simple majority (51 votes) to eliminate the Democrats’ power to filibuster.
The Democrats were outraged saying that the Republicans were trying to dismantle constitutional government and by pass the rights of the minority. The Republican Party backed off the idea, but it has resurfaced, only they are calling it “reconciliation” rather than “the nuclear option.”
The Democrats now will bypass the will of the American people and their senators by changing the rules to allow a vote of the modified health care bill.
To get a health care bill passed, the House of Representatives need to vote on the senate’s bill. For a variety of reasons such as lack of a public option, use of federal funds to kill babies, cuts in Medicare benefits for the eldery, escalating budget deficits, traditional federal mismanagement,
