Eris strife, and spite, and sister 

Brother's loyal devoted friend 

Sows the golden seeds of discord

 From which no being can defend 

She clasps with a relentless grip

 Around the hearts of monarchs … fear 

She whispers a comforting word 

While spitting poison in their ear
