For a company to be successful and profitable in today's economy, it requires the engagement of every worker no matter what their position is in the company. Understanding the company's objectives and making every effort to execute them on a daily basis is key to ensuring satisfaction in one's boss.
Being congenial is a good quality also. Learn to accept others ideas... Come together to streamline job tasks. Ownership in your equipment and job duties. Punctuality! Never make excuses... Accept responsibility without hesitation. THis is the blue collar version.
