What are the top designer sunglasses?

by Jonas Stewart

Designer sunglasses are a very cheap way to look good. Absurd, you think? It isn't. Actually, glasses in general are something enormously important in your outfit, because they dominate your most important body part - your face. And that is where most people will look.

Moreover, as your eyes are generally considered the windows to your soul, they are the major feature which people use to determine your personality and your mood when meeting you or just looking at you, so sunglasses can be a very easy way to give a defined and good image of yourself.

Now, the typical designer sunglasses are of course made from high-quality material, they are long-lived, they are well designed and they usually, since they're "designer", from a reputable brand. This doesn't necessarily need to be very pricey, although it can be, but it generally suffices quite to be famous as brand to be considered designer or "fashion". Just look at the famous "Allstars" shoes. Nothing pricey. Just trendy.

My first choice for beautiful designer sunglasses would be Gatorz sunglasses, because they are trendy, youthful and very very sporty, which is something I quite like in a pair of glasses. Moreover, they're famous for being worn by celebrities such as Kurt Bush, the famous nascar driver, and Paul Jr from American Chopper. Why? They have a good reputation of providing excellent protection and shielding to your eyes. Just tale a look at their T6 aluminium frames (metal commonly used in the military) and their polycarbonate glasses which can withstand buck-shots! That's something I want in front of my eyes when little Charlie's throwing the Frisbee at my face!

For those who want more versatile sunglasses Costa Sunglasses are definitely recommendable. They have a very large collection of different models which go from classy and stylish to youthful and trendy, but they're somewhat more expensive at 100$ to 200$ a pair. Still, they are very comfortable because of their light lenses and their Nylon frames which are very resistant and keep their grip even if you're sweating in the Greek sun or while playing tennis.

And for the techies out there there are Oakley MP3 sunglasses, a practical accessory that looks astonishingly good for an MP3 player. You can't see the buttons, you can't see the ear-buds, you can't see that there's any technology at all in them, but everything is there and usable right out of the box, with a capacity of 1 or 2 gigabytes and very good High Definition Optics. A cool thing to wear if you ask me...but I'm beginning to be to old for that kind of stuff, therefore I'll keep my bifocal glasses, I think... :)
