Before starting this article, let me first be clear about something. I belive we are different, what I deny is categorizing/differentiating according to race.

By Race?

No, we are not!

It's actually quite funny how people distiguish each other based on their race. To me it's more of a myth or a fairy tale told to us when we were young. It never even crossed my mind, that till now, there are people who think that!

And what I keep wondering about whenever this subject is brought up; why was the "White" man considered the boss, and the "black" man considered the slave?! I mean, personaly, I love black more than white. Black is always the leading color in formal wear. It reflects sophistication and good taste!, So Really, Why?

It's actually silly.

In my religion there is a verse that says which means: "O you men! surely We have created you of a male and a female, and made you tribes and families that you may know each other; surely the most honorable of you with Allah is the one among you most careful (of his duty); surely Allah is Knowing, Aware."

It's as simple as this. This is how we can be above or under each other in statues; by how much we work in order to fullfill our mission in this life. By how much we worship Allah "God" and construct and build in this world.

Not by our skin color, or the place we were born in. Not by being rich or poor. If you are to judge me, though you don't have the right to, judge me for who I chose to be. Judge me for my actions and reactions. Don't judge me with what I've no control over. Don't judge me because I was born missing a limb or blind.

It's not our abilities that define who we are, it's our choices!

We are defined by our choices, I didn't choose to be white or black, so that does not define me. I didn't choose to be poor or rich, so that does not define me either. But I certainly chose to be who I am now. I chose to continue on the things I like and leave what I hate. I chose to be content with who I am and I chose not to judge a person by his color!

Judge me by that, if you were to judge, which I personaly think it's not your right. And even if you did, I'd probably not care. Not out of disrespect for you, but because simply; your opinion in me doesn't define me, and will not define me!
