The hip hop and rap artistry, although they are diverse forms of music, both are flourishing with a large amount of success and plenty of artists. They are unique and set apart from the other genres of music in many different ways. Although they aren't for many listeners, they have an ability to find their way to the top of the charts and become large hits. Currently, there popularity is in full swing, as many of the younger listeners prefer hip hop and rap music.

Although there are many skilled and talented rap and hip hop performers that are well known, there are many artists that haven't yet been discovered. Rap and hip hop are a diverse form of music. The way the lyrics flow surrounded by supporting beats are two aspects that set the two genres apart from other music styles. Even though many hip hop and rap songs sound relatively similar, each artist adds a new aspect and spice to the genres.

Rap artists, such as Ludacris or Eminem, are two famous artists that have made it big on the charts. Hip Hop artists, like Lil Wayne or Young Jeezy are just a couple of the famous artists. Although rap and hip hop are known for having explicit lyrics, there is a growing amount of Christian artists and artists with clean lyrics such as KJ~52 or Lecrae. Hip hop and rap are art forms that are boldly set apart from the other genres.

Although rap and hip hop is known to rhyme frequently in their lyrical patterns, there are truly many different forms of music that fall under these genres. Each artist is truly unique and many, such as Lil Wayne, can easily be distinguished from other artists. The reason that many of the rap and hip hop artists have become such a large hit is because they add something innovative to the mix of music.

Overall, the hip hop and rap genres are in full swing. Many of the songs can easily find their way to the top of the hits, and there is a growing amount of famous rap artists. Hip hop and rap, along with pop and rock, are the usual genres of music that become large hits. If you are skeptical as to whether or not you will enjoy rap and hip hop, try listening to it with an open mind free of any previous insight. In all, the hip hop and rap artistry are innovative and entertaining, as they add something new to the music industry as a whole.
