The instant head rush; totally unexpected every time.
I feel my breathing rate increase, faster and faster.
My heart dances to the deep baseline.
Colours intensify and make love with my eyes.
Total euphoria.
I feel alive; my veins thank me for the sugar like rush.
My body moves uncontrollably, but I'm not scared.
This sense of false confidence, i could get used to.
Everyone wants to talk to me, miss popular.
Radically intense.
My heart returns to reality; a steady thud, thud thud...
Breathing rate slows down, down down.
My mood follows slowly; so depressed.
My eyes play tricks on me showing false movements.
Harsh come down; unbearable.
Horrid thoughts corrupt my once innocent mind.
I'm thinking like i want to hurt myself.
How can i go from one extreme to another?
Confusion, unanswered questions and sky high emotions.
Withdrawal symptoms.
I need to get back on it; eliminate this feeling.
One hit, last time, just to give me a boost.
Over and over i think like this.
It controls me; my life.
We no longer fit like a jigsaw to make a pretty picture.
I continue to take you, i cannot feel that low again.
Addiction; I'm systematically dead.

I reach for it each morning
Light a fire to its brown end
It kick starts all the rest of them

My heart dances
by Autumn Glatz
I can hear my heart thumping and my brain pounding
I can see blood in my veins and tears in my eyes
I’m here wondering
You’ll come back to me
You know you will
We all have it.
Suffer from it.
You will experience it soon.
The need that
Sugar, You Temptress
Sugar, you temptress, you hide everywhere.
In many a form, you never play fair.
You sneak in my life
