Once in awhile I like to make a nice relaxing lavender chamomile bubble bath using my homemade lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak recipe. My homemade lavender chamomile bath soak is very calming and soothing and helps relax your body, mind, and spirit.

The ingredients you need to make my homemade lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak are 3 cups of sea salt, 1 cup of goats milk powder, ½ a cup of whole lavender herbs, ½ a cup of whole chamomile flower herbs, 5 drops of lavender oil, and 5 drops of chamomile oil. You can find these ingredients in your local herbal stores.

The materials you will need to make my homemade lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak are 1 large mixing bowl, 1 large spoon, measuring cups, and 1 large jar or container to plastic your homemade bath soak into after it is made. You can find this materials in your kitchen and local kitchen store if you do not have them on hand.

The way you make my homemade lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak is by measuring out the are 3 cups of sea salt, 1 cup of goats milk powder, ½ a cup of whole lavender herbs, ½ a cup of whole chamomile flower herbs, 5 drops of lavender oil, and 5 drops of chamomile oil and placing them into your large mixing bowl. Than you will take your mixing spoon and combined all the ingredients together until you have a lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak that has whole herbal extracts throughout it and a lovely lavender chamomile scent to it. Once you have made the lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak you can pour it into a jar or container and cover with a lid until you are ready to use it. You should notice when it is in the jar the dried whole lavender and chamomile herbs throughout it and the lovely whitish bath salt and milk powder mixture it has that is similar to a regular bath soak.

The way I like to use the my homemade lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak and the way you can to is by filling your bath tub up with plenty of warm water. Than you can pour 2 cups of the homemade lavender chamomile whole herb bath soak into your bath water and allow the salt, milk, and essential oils melt and dissolve into your bath water while the lavender and chamomile whole herbs float on top for a relaxing, soothing, and calming bubble soak to help ease your body, mind, and spirit. Enjoy!
