Hair color trends for winter 2010

The hair color trends for 2010 are going to be bright streaks as they make a major comeback. It’s time for strong attention-grabbing colors!  The best way to achieve the best hair color is to make sure that the colors match your skin tones but some ladies do like to stand out so it will also depend on what you want to achieve.  Being a professional in the hair industry, I highly recommend having a professional change the color for you because the end results can become quite expensive. You will not be able to achieve something very different by buying the hair color products from Walmart or Walgreens because those colors do not give you the drastic results that you are trying to achieve. Only a professional can do that for you. You have heard he saying, “if you want it done right the first time, you might have to pay more”.   After all you get what you pay for and if you choose the store bought colors well, they won’t give you the end results because they do not have the lift levels you need or want as they are really only meant to deposit color or cover the gray.

Bright shades created with metallic color will make anyone stand out. A more subdued look will also be popular, where color is blended for a soft, finished look.  I find a lot of ladies like the color mocha or level 6 but if your natural color is that color already, then just apply blond highlights or red streaks and it will give you a really sultry look.

Blonde is always a trend color. The golden blonde hair colour of 2010 is not dirty blonde. In 2010 look for one predominant colour, though your roots could be mildly darker but it should blend and not make it look like, “I’m too cheap to get my hair dyed”  it is also not strawberry blonde.  It is a great all rounder color and will work for both Autumn (Fall)/Winter 2010 and Spring/Summer 2010 seasons.

If your looking to add something really striking to the look, consider bleaching your eyebrows a lighter shade of blonde than golden and it will match your hair color.  If you go Red, then make sure your eyebrows match that shade as well.

Brown hair color looks very natural and goes well with all types of skin tones, so it will always be a good base shade to add to any blonde or red.  Blonde is always considered to be beautiful and is always in trend and gives a very ravishing look. It always looks attractive and sexy.  Various blonde shades that are expected
