Has feminism assisted the breakdown of family values?
Many women will probably disagree with the opinion this article will suggest, however, this writer not only thinks feminism assisted the breakdown of family values, but is the most direct cause of that breakdown.
Don' get the wrong impression. i not only believe that woman are equal to men in almost all regards, except strength. Keeping in mind that there are exceptions to every rule, the basic fact is that men have more physical strength than women. It is the one area that women can seldom be equals to men. In every other regard they are either equal to men, or, truthfully, better than men.

The American Revolution began this trend. While the men ran off to fight for the Yanks or the Rebs, the women were left behind to work the factories, the plantations and the farms, as well as look after the daily life of the family left behind. When the men came back, however, the women stepped aside and men retook the positions they rightfully considered theirs. But, it was this first taste of true social responsibility that would begin a change in the women of the country. They had always been strong of mind and body: none could have crossed
