Benefits of training for both the organizations and employees

The application of training is one of the most critical processes that are necessary for organizations to function effectively as a going concerns, as they generate revenues, and retain the services of their most valued employees. It is the means by which information is transmitted to employees, to positively enhance the productivity and profitability of organizations.

However, in order for it to be beneficial to both the organizations and the employees at the same time, there has to be chemistry between the trainers, the employees, the training methods and its frequencies, the purposes of the trainings, and the impacts they are having on the trainees, and the quality goods and services provided.

The training method should be of such that it will stimulate learning, and maintain interest throughout, and relevant to the jobs to be done, thereby preventing thousands of dollars to annually go down the drain. They should be evaluated periodically, to determine if the frequencies are effective, and whether they have been positively impacting on the overall productivity of the organization, so that adjustments can be made to ensure progress and continuity.

Once these parameters are in place and functional, training then will significantly benefit both the organization and its employees in many ways.

The morale of employees, who are promoted as well as those who are being adequately paid base on their performances, will then be excellent, and this will in turn serve to motivate others, to strive to achieve what was achieved.

In a highly motivational atmosphere, the productivity of organizations may even increase synergistically, causing exponential growth in profit, market domination, and sharp competitive
