Often losing weight can feel like a losing battle, and rather than just implementing a healthier diet and creating an exercise regime, many people find themselves turning to alternative methods in order to achieve their weight loss goals. Some people report side effects such as gassiness and bloating, however also stated that once they found the protein supplement that worked for them, there were little side effects and they were happy with the results.
