There are several reasons to write for freelance writing sites that pay through Google Adsense. Apart from earning money via the stated process, reasons to write for writing sites that pay through Google Adsense will include the facility to promote oneself and one’s writing, promote articles, websites or blogs which one has created elsewhere online and even to generate sales of affiliate marketing products, either directly or indirectly.
The first and most obvious reason to write for freelance writing sites that pay through Google Adsense is to hopefully generate Google Adsense revenue for oneself whilst doing so. It is imperative, however, that one be fully aware of how this is likely to be achieved, or the revenue generated could be very small, if any revenue is in fact generated.
Looking to earn Google Adsense revenue in this fashion involves choosing a very specific, niche subject which knows as little competition around the Web as possible. This means that one is more likely to attract readers who are specifically interested in the subject and therefore more interested in clicking on the ads. It also involves establishing a following, particularly where the site be a blog, in order that those readers are likely to return to obtain further information and ideally click on more Google ads.
Reasons to write for freelance writing sites that pay through Google Adsense are also in order to promote oneself and/or one’s writing. Anyone with a working knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) will know that the more one-way inbound links one can obtain to any website or blog, the better in terms of raising the profile of the Web address with the search engines. This means that not only can these sites be used to drive traffic directly to other presences one has upon the Web, the process is also likely to raise the overall Web profile of such sites.
There are some freelance writing sites that pay through Google Adsense as well as affording the writer the opportunity to feature and include links to affiliate marketing products which they wish to sell. Two high profile such sites are Blogger and Hub Pages. On the aforementioned sites, although the writer can earn from their Google Adsense, they also have the opportunity to prominently feature products closely related to their subjects from companies such as Amazon and eBay. This practice can prove even more lucrative in an income sense than the Google Adsense revenue. Even where it is not permissible to sell such products directly, however, sites where one does sell such products can be linked to and Web traffic driven in their direction.
Reasons to write for sites that pay through Google Adsense are therefore not only many but extremely diverse. This means that almost any Web writer can find a reason applicable to their own circumstances or ambitions for writing to such sites and proceed to do so most effectively.
