Undeniably yes, upon and across the meltdown there are still billionaires on the cruise ship of making even more money that they already have. The question is how they are able to manage their money through this meltdown period. Does it mean they are smarter? Maybe.
You see there are three types of rich people; the ones with the watchdog, the ones with torchlight and the ones with a matchbox.
Definition states that the rich ones with the watchdogs are rich people with properties and investments that have watchdogs i.e. the Managers, Directors and Lawyers in banking sector, Law firm, foreign partners and the government. These types of people find it very hard to experience any meltdown, why? Because before the world will know, they have already been informed of any financial crisis. Their properties and investments are on check and protection 24/7.
These are the type that has money, investment scattered around with only an attorney and personal managers taking care of his business. These types of rich people can easily be duped by their own trusted personal managers and lawyers. Sometimes when the crisis comes calling, they are not fully informed because their managers and lawyers always want to use that advantage for their own benefits.
They have money; probably the most rich but they don’t have protection over their investments. They think that they can handle their business all by themselves; they don’t trust anybody to do it. But when the crisis starts coming, before they will light the match, they will see themselves crumbling down in the financial meltdown.
Many are called to riches, but few are chosen to sustain their wealth. It is more easier to make money than sustain it, Sustaining wealth requires more power, more investments and brains. If you don't acquire the brains to sustain your wealth, it will ease you some headache to employ those who can. Don't focus more on the trust aspects of it, believe it, there are risks in business so one should expect your managers and lawyers to want some scrubs out of your wealth but there's always a way of scaring the chickens. Pay your managers and lawyers well, give them allowances, give them raises from time to time...when you do this, you don't really give them time to steal; but when you block all entries, you make way for loopholes.
Nevertheless. too much money requires too much stress and too much stress gives too much headaches. So when the headache gets too much to bear, take an aspirin..(ie. take a break or retire).
