Wasted Jealousy
I fell in love with you for your glittering eyes and smile, for the way you made it clear that you had wanted me for quite a while. You made me blush with innocence as you laid on thick the lines, that closed my mouth and opened my legs, ready for a good time. Is that all I’ve been to you, a good time girl, someone to hold as a trophy in your counterfeit world, where diamonds and labels rule the roost and being genuine is not a boost, as cup size makes you a pearl. Where bigger is better, and smooth gets you wetter as you cruise the room for better girls. Don’t you think I notice? I feel the lust burning in your stare and it wounds me to know you are not looking my way and that fact that you would dare. I hear the sweetness in your voice as you speak to women with honey dripping from your lips. The smiles and eyes that you give to strangers, I fear this cannot be, my ears on fire as the rumors spread about what others see. I've done everything you've asked and perfection is my goal, I place myself before you naked every facet and flaw exposed. Always too this, or not enough that, words are spears that pierce my heart and I bleed for you, because of you. Every man in the room notices me, dressed up like your very own doll, perfect hair and make-up, clothes too tight showing it all. You don't really care for me as a compliment to you is a chore, and every day that passes, I begin to love you no more. Can you see the wind is changing as the sails begin to sway, as your requests are my refusals and my hands keep you at bay. Youth is wasted on the young and my love on you, as I gather my belongings and set out for a different view. Now I am the other girl, the one you wish you had, the burning stares that once wounded me were just a passing fad. I’ve moved on to better things that make me feel alive, to someone who thinks loving me is a privilege and wants me as their bride. So save your lust for strangers as they won’t see it clear, for I am done and over you and all my wasted tears.

Jealousy go
Forever
Stay away
You have deceived me
With your taunting ways
You shattered my dreams
Ruined my life

she's consumed by that demon Jealousy
She watches him both night and day,
