All I ever wanted was to feel like a cherished soul.
To love and laugh and put behind the demons lost in time.
To grow and live and prosper in faith.
To be safe in a light that brings me to a place.
A place of familiar flowers and a song of joy.
A shiny head of a sweet little boy.
As my hair grows gray my time is over
I gaze upon my field of clover.
" Oh Johnny Boy" sing at my side.
Ease my slumber in a soft carriage ride.
Rest is certain for a life so troubled.
Lift me up through this pile of rubble.
I sleep in peace dreaming of a place faraway.
Waiting my reunion on a bright sunny day.

All I ever wanted was human touch,
After the bruises and pains
I hid for so long

Mirror of the hour before
Silken touch and shifting smiles
I wanted you more
In the day a little
by Reva Niner
All that I ever wanted,
was you to love me;
All that I ever wanted,
was to know that some
