The Caribbean Islands is the Gateway to the United States of America. With easy access to these islands, this allows many Americans to visit these islands frequently; because of the sunshine year round and the white sands beaches these islands supply major activities and attraction to tourist. The Caribbean islands serve as a Winter Retreat for most College Students during Spring Break. We need to be concern about the health of people with who we interact. The most visited islands in the Caribbean are Jamaica and The Bahamas and these two islands have a large percentage of HIV/AIDS cases. An estimated number of 240,000 people are living with HIV/AIDS in the Caribbean. American should be concern about AIDs/HIV in the Caribbean because it does affect American and the way they live because when travelling to these island many can become infected if they are unaware the large number of people infected by this disease.

I think that the protection from this disease or any should be a commitment to Health Organizations and Agencies, worldwide.

In Haiti the population of kids exceeds that of adults, because many kids has lost their parents to this disease and has become orphans. The most popular islands of the Caribbean have the highest cases of HIV/AIDS and many Americans visits while other lives on these islands during part of the year.
Education: A lack of Education about AIDS/HIV in the Caribbean has been a major cause for the large numbers of HIV in the poor and less educated native in the islands of the Caribbean. The Government of these
