Comparing Netflix and Blockbuster

I enjoy renting movies. It is a hobby that is both fun and entertaining. I saw an offer to try a free trial to blockbuster.com video rental. I received 14 days free and I received a free copy of "The Bourne Supremacy"

The Good- Blockbuster.com has a very good selection of movies. The sight is easy to use and it is fun searching for movies you want to rent. In my fourteen day free rental period, I was able to rent six movies, all new releases. My daughter rented the new Harry Potter, I saw I-robot, The Terminal, Collateral, and two others. On the sight you put the movies you want to see in a particular order and Blockbuster automatically sends them to you. Blockbusters sight is self-explanatory. It is easy to get around. You go from page to page searching for movies you like. If you like it, you can add it to your que. The que keeps track of your movies, tells you if they are available, and gives you the ability to put them in viewing order. In the account section, you can do whatever you need to do with your account with the press of a button. I pressed the cancel my membership button tonight. This is very convenient, but they need to make their system better if they want me for a customer.

The bad- You only get to rent three movies at a time. You can choose to only receive two movies at a time if you want to. Price-The Bourne Supremacy deal 17.97 per month. 3 movies at a time 14.97 per month or 2 movies at a time 12.97 per month. If I keep this, it seems in the long run, I would be paying for the free dvd I received. This doesn't seem bad because you can keep the movies as long as you want. As long as you pay your monthly fee, of course. The problem for me is two/fold. The shipping time it takes to send the movies back and receive new movies. It takes a good five or six days. During that waiting time, if you want to see another movie, you need to go to the local movie place to rent one. To me, this seems to take away the so called convenience part of the deal. Isn't why we want to rent movies like this in the first place? So we don't have to go out and rent movies at the movie rental stores. I have a suggestion. If there was some way for blockbuster to send you movies as you send your movies back, now this would do the trick. And of course it would save you a lot of mail time. You click a button which says, I sent them back, and boom, they send you more movies. Wake up guys! You have my credit card information anyway. If I didn't really send the movies back,
