Buzzing hordes of flies
accompany
a bog of eternal stench
that forms a fog
of putrid bile, that creeps
above the counters
on a journey to infect

Empty Febreeze bottles
fill the trashcans.

and fuming suitemates
lock the procrastinator
in the kitchen
to clean her
month old dishes.
