Poetry: Spring sunshine

by Tyra LaRocca

Created on: March 09, 2010

Gray gives way

to seeping blue

Less a chill

than warmth

beckons

Aroused from sleep

Colors of life

painted by number

from the shadows

awaken

Brightness grows

Sweeping the dull

cobwebs of winter

from my heart

leaving joy
