Poetry: I'm going to miss you

by Gilbert Barrett

Created on: March 09, 2010

Roulette I often picture you dangling off the side of the golden gate bridge by a mere thread , just awaiting the defeat gravity has in store for you.
There are times that i would rather submerse my testicles in liquefied steel than to even have a face to face with you.
Your voice is often like that of a thousand fingernails across a fifty foot chalkboard.
I truly hope the 757 that could land on your ego is overtaken and blown to bits with you aboard.
I often assume that your parents were stricken with grief after the agony of your birth and abandoned you at a rest area on your supossed vacation!
Perhaps a softball sized tumor will grow in the depths of your abdomen!
"Oh the pain", "The pain"!
So here is to you and your buckets of bloody vomit and humility of adult diapers.
My knowing you has made me exceptionally wiser!

In all reality you will be missed more than words can describe in a vault of hostility my pain i shall hide!
