Tranquil on the dew soaked grass
Watching the sun rise slowly from behind the peaks.
Painting the sky in a iridescent mash
The livid void is what she seeks.
Crawling spirals of ethereal colored condensation
Tickling the imagination to phantasms.
Diamonds brought on from prior inundation
Galvanize the mind through visionary spasms.
Perspiration begins to drip
Along the bristles of my chin
Her reflection can be caught at the tip
And harnessed on the brim.
She is now behind my mind
And has passed through her peak
The void, she was able to find
And now sanctuary is all she seeks.
Goodbye spring sunshine
You have for now rid me of my sorrow
I will be sitting in this dew soaked grass
When you rise again tomorrow.
