Social effects of Internet communication

 The Internet is a power instrument when it comes to communications. However have we really thought about the social impact the Internet not only has on our ability to function in life? I believe are so taken with the technology we're over looking the effects the Internet has on our lives.

 With speed and power ton's of information is at our finger tips. Images and video are stored on the Internet in mind blowing numbers. Yes the Internet is a wealth of knowledge but here's the rub! I said the information is on the web but I did talk about the easy of access. The way the Internet is setup to access this information horrible making causing stress, and pressure to all but the most skill web searchers. The information for the most part isn't setup for people to access but rather used to direct others everywhere but where they want to go. Try this use the word Free in your web search and see how many places you are taken to that claim they are free but they really aren't. Try entering the most simply search criteria you can think of and see how many websites that have nothing to do with your search comes up. By this process being so inefficient people are getting frustrated, now tie that frustration in with other events in people's lives, liking waiting on a download, the boss demanding you speedup, traffic jams, road rage. People are social creatures and too much frustration in people's lives can cause undesirable effects to take place within many people.

 It would seem the Internet isn't so much into helping people but rather more into controlling people, because most of these website take you where they want you go and not where you want to go.

 The social effects of the Internet the way it stands now is an area of people's lives that presents serious social problems without most people who are so caught up in their frustration they can recognize the harm caused, by having 100s if not thousands of Screen Names and Passwords. The Internet needs to be changed for the better and for the people or at least some aspect of the Internet that provides the kinds of information people are seeking without having to spend hours trying to track down that simple definition or the photo which isn't the size of a postage stamp that the teacher can present to her school kids.

 Since the Internet is now a part of society we need to take the effects of how the Internet impact our lives very seriously.
