Colorful objects dance in the sky every which way.
Attached to long strings controlled by the minions down below.
Crashing down when the wind slows to a stop.
Children waiting impatiently for the wind to rise while staring upward.
Parents fidgeting with stretched out material and line.
Swoosh - up go the kites, soaring once again bobbing around.
Laughter and shouts permeate the air and there is community.
Kites fluttering once again to the ground from lack of power.
Who is control?
Who keeps the kites afloat?
None other than the wild wonderful March wind.
