When we say 'ordinary' people, I presume that means the every day person who goes about from day to day trying to make a living in this world that is in such a mess with a broken and unreliable economy? Trying to survive from day to day, from paycheck to paycheck as is the case for the majority of ordinary hard working people these days. With the banks waging war on the ordinary people by making it harder these days to get credit, or in helping small businesses to get on their feet... or the healthcare system that takes the money but doesn't always give the care that it should in return, (what ever happened to the 'Hypocratic Oath that doctors are supposed to take and mean what they say?) Sadly instead, everything has to make dollar signs... a human life no longer has the respect or the moral value it once held amongst our fellow human kind... There are now two societies, those who have and those who have not, and unfortunately those who have wish to have that control over those who have nothing, and as much as the ordinary person tries to better themselves, there are so many obstacles being put infront of them to keep them under control. People who have control are scared of losing it, so they make the lives of the rest of us that more difficult.
So my friends out there, here are some tips on survival skills to help you along the pursuit of trying to better yourselves (which is your right as a human being and as also stated in the Constitution... "They are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.. also quoted "That when ever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it and to institute new goverment).
1. Never give up! Never stop trying! and NEVER stop believing in yourself or your pursuit to a better life, we ALL have that right!
2. Eat healthy without breaking your wallet/purse. To think straight and to have the energy to pursue your goals and dreams, you need to eat properly prepared good food, good nutrition is the fuel that feeds your body and away from having to see the doctor!. When I say good food, cut down on the instant microwave meals, tinned and take out foods, as these can zap your energy levels amongst other things. Try to buy fresh produce,meats, poultry,fish, as not only
